Banana peel waste generated from banana chip production by small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Sukamantri Village, Pasarkemis District, Tangerang Regency has not been optimally utilized, posing potential negative impacts on the surrounding environment. This Community Service activity aimed to educate community members on the utilization of banana peel waste as a food ingredient, to train participants in processing banana peels into safe and hygienic flour and applying it in brownies production, and to broaden participants' awareness of home-based business opportunities derived from banana peel processing. The activity was conducted on August 21, 2026, in Sukamantri Village and was attended by twenty SME practitioners. The method employed was participatory training based on live demonstration, encompassing material presentation, demonstration of nine processing stages from banana peel to flour, and demonstration of brownies production using banana peel flour. Evaluation was carried out through pre-test, post-test, and a Likert-scale feedback form. Evaluation results indicated an increase in participants' average score from 54.5 percent in the pre-test to 85.5 percent in the post-test. A total of 90 percent of participants achieved a minimum score of eight out of ten in the post-test, and 100 percent of participants agreed or strongly agreed regarding the benefit of the activity.
